1. Acceptance of Terms
By visiting prodigytrenchless.com or engaging Prodigy Sewer & Drain ("Company") for service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the site and our services.
2. Services
Prodigy Sewer & Drain provides residential and commercial sewer, drain, trenchless, and related services as described on this website in Franklin, Nashville, and the surrounding Middle Tennessee area. Specific service availability is determined on a per-job basis following a diagnostic inspection.
3. Quotes and Pricing
All published pricing ranges on this website are estimates for typical jobs in the Middle Tennessee market. Final pricing is provided in writing after a diagnostic inspection confirms scope. A signed written quote constitutes the binding price for the work described.
4. Scheduling and Cancellation
Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled by phone or email without charge — Prodigy does not charge a cancellation fee. A $250 dispatch fee applies to after-hours and weekend emergency calls.
5. Warranty
Company provides a 10-year workmanship warranty on pipe lining installations and a 2-year warranty on water heaters; cured-in-place liners carry a 50-year design life. Material warranties from manufacturers apply per the manufacturer's published terms.
The warranty covers defects in workmanship under normal use. It does NOT cover damage from misuse, ground movement / earthquake / sinkhole, third-party excavation, or freeze damage from a homeowner shutting off heat to plumbing.
6. Permits and Inspections
Company pulls required permits and arranges municipal inspections; permit fees are passed through at cost. If a municipal authority requires additional work or fees that were not foreseeable at the time of quoting, Company will notify the customer before proceeding and may issue a change order.
7. Payment
Payment terms are stated on each written quote. Financing is available through Synchrony and Service Finance. We accept major credit cards, ACH, and check. A processing fee may apply to large credit-card payments as disclosed on the quote.
8. Limitation of Liability
Company's total liability for any claim arising from work performed is limited to the amount paid by the customer for that work. Company is not liable for consequential damages including lost rent, lodging, business interruption, or property value, except where caused by Company's gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
